Membership

Membership Period

Annual membership covers the twelve-month period from September 1st of each year and includes access to all club meetings and activities, our BWC monthly newsletter and the activities calendar.

Sign-up Process

Membership sign-up occurs primarily during our first meeting of the season, the second Monday of September. In the event this day falls on a statutory holiday, please refer to our calendar for the correct date. Returning members must complete the BWC registration form and submit payment of the annual membership dues. New applications are submitted either electronically to the membership committee or in person at a monthly meeting. Payments may be made through e-transfer, cheque or cash.

Monthly Committee Teams

At the time of sign-up, each member must sign up to join a monthly committee, a 5–8-member team, responsible for organising a monthly meeting. Individual and creative ideas for each meeting are encouraged. Additionally, each new member has the opportunity to work with and get to know her team members.

Membership Fee

The annual Membership fee is $35.00, which is reduced to half for those who join after January 31st.
